How much is shipping?

As of September 2025, we are not shipping to the United States until further notice. All other shipping zones have a flat shipping fee of $15. Your items are sent directly from Japan. We're committed to exploring expanded shipping options for you down the road.

When are boxes shipped?

Your first order will be shipped within 7 business days of your order date. This ensures you get a taste of what's to come without delay.

If you are a subscriber, the cut off for any changes to your subscription is the 4th Friday of every month. your regular monthly subscription boxes will ship out from Japan within 7 days of that cut-off date.

We're working hard to expand our reach and hope to add shipping to additional regions in the near future! How do I track my order?

Once your box ships, you'll receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking information.

Please note: This is separate from your inital order confirmation. There may be a short delay between placing your order and when it ships. We'll always do our best to keep you informed!

Additionally, you can use the "Track my order" link from the menu and use your tracking number to check your shipping status.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You can log into your account and manage your subscription. You can change subscription types, add another subscription, or stop subscribing.

  Can you have more than one subscription?  

 Yes, absolutely! You can have multiple subscriptions under a single account.

We also encourage you to experiment and change your subscription type from month to month to explore all our offerings!

Please be mindful of our monthly cut-off date. If you change your subscription type before the cut-off date for the upcoming month, you will receive your newly selected subscription. Any changes made after the cut-off date will apply to the following month's subscription.

Do I have to subscribe?

No, you don't have to subscribe to enjoy our curated boxes!

We offer one-time purchase options for those who prefer not to commit to a subscription. You can find these on our "Monthly Boxes" page. These one-time boxes are updated seasonally, making them perfect for gifts or if you just want to "dip your toes in" and experience our offerings without a recurring commitment.

Subscription Box Deadlines

For new customers, your initial order will ship within 7 days. Subsequent orders will ship after the 4th Friday of each month.

Note: Your subscription type is confirmed on the fourth Friday of each month. If you make changes before this date, they'll apply to your order for the following month.

For example, if you change your subscription in July before the fourth Friday, those changes will be confirmed then and reflected in your August order. If you make changes after the fourth Friday in July, your August subscription will already be confirmed, and those changes won't take effect until your September order.




What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only issued if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime but past charges are not eligible for refunds.
